Additional role details
- The role holder is responsible for analyzing the client entity structure as per the latest tax related regulations, including tax treaties, Economic Substance Requirements (ESR), anti-abuse rules, POEM, CFC, BEPS, Transfer Pricing Documentation; and should be able to analyze arrangements under the Mandatory Disclosure Rules (MDR, DAC6) in the European Union.
