Additional role details

• Role : Incident acknowledgement and initial RCA.
• Access related operations: additions of users to SSC security groups.
• Pager duty support for s occurring outside office hours RCA and data repair documentations RCA to educate the users on metrices and KPIs, based on the requests Communication, coordination and notification of traffic data, region specific hourly data understatement to source teams for further reviews.
• Skills : Hands-On in snowflake and PBI data modelling ADF , Kafka pipelines understanding Proficiency in SQL Understanding of dynamic tables, medallion architecture Data engineering and visualization concepts Strong communication skills Handson on feature usages for JIRA, service now and confluence On call proficiencies ITIL fundamentals with deep understanding of incidents, changes and problem management Confluence hands-on Technologies : Observability concepts Datadog Python, Notebooks hands-on Power BI AI fundamentals Support optimization-tools and reconciliation reports
