Required qualifications

• Diploma/BE Electrical/Electronics/Any software support exposure will be added advantage.
• Skills & Knowledge needed: Analysing, Troubleshooting, Handling of software or application issues, Learning, Listening & Probing skills and knowledge about Windows 7, 10 and other Operating systems troubleshooting, etc.
• Job Duties Identify customer issues, troubleshoot & provide online support swiftly.
• Coordinate with field engineer and Process lead for field visit and ensure the calls are closed.
• Proper adherence of CRM case documentation and maintenance of required data.
• WFO role.
• Hindi fluency required.
