- Role & responsibilities Fully conversant with Fanuc controller operations Program loading/ retrieval system Hands on experience in Job setting / Tool setting Manual programming / G-Code and M-codes functions Tool offset and Job offset & Basic machine maintenance Hands on experience in measurement tools like Vernier, micrometers etc.
- Experience in CMM will be an added advantage.
- In-depth knowledge Engg. drawing interpretations, tolerances, symbols etc.
- Basic knowledge on Methods & Machining Time Calculation Setting and operating of Fanuc controller in heavy duty 3 axis /5 axis double column milling machine Hands on experience in VMC or HMC with Fanuc programming.
