- Drawing interpretation Production statement KPI management Working knowledge in SAP Exposure in ISO – 9001, 14001 and 18001 Hands on experience in programming for 3 and 5 axes by manual and using Master Cam software for wind mill components and aerospace components Good knowledge in 3 and 5 axes VMCs and HMCs Production planning, job scheduling, Machine maintenance Good exposure in Tools selection Hands on experience in Auto CAD, Solid works, MS office etc CNC programming and machine setting Having experience in End to End foundry CNC machine operations and process.
- Good exposure in engineering drawings/GD&T In-depth knowledge Engg.
- Drawing interpretations, tolerances, symbols etc Hydraulic and Pneumatics clamping and drive system Machining cost Estimation In-depth knowledge in compliance with requirements of IATF 16949 like APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA etc.
