Required qualifications

• A minimum of a master's degree in pharmaceutical sciences, chemistry, or a related field.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team in a pharmaceutical research and development environment. 3.
• Strong knowledge of drug discovery and development processes, and experience in the pharmaceutical industry. 4.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently. 5.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. 6.
• Sound understanding of regulatory requirements and good laboratory practice (GLP) standards. 7.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
