Responsibilities

• Build optimized Tableau data sources from Greenplum Database (or any Data Warehouse)
• Develop complex LOD expressions and table calculations
• Design executive-level dashboards with strong storytelling principles
• Implement row-level security and data access controls

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in BI / Analytics Engineering
• Advanced expertise in Tableau (data modeling, performance optimization, advanced calculations)
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with MPP databases (preferably Greenplum)
• Deep understanding of:
• Data modeling (star/snowflake schemas)
• Query optimization
• Enterprise BI architecture
• Experience leading analytics initiatives and working directly with business stakeholders

Preferred qualifications and skills

• Exposure to AI, ML Models, LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows
• Experience with Python or R for advanced analytics
• Experience scaling BI in large, complex data environments
• Knowledge of data governance frameworks
• Familiarity with cloud data ecosystems
