Manage multiple India-based squads (contract and full-time).

Align priorities and facilitate smooth handoffs with U.S. engineering and product leaders.
Partner with U.S. engineering and product leaders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
Participate in architecture/design reviews with architects and senior/junior engineers.
Assist with code reviews and troubleshooting Java/ Kotlin with spring React PostgreSQL / MySQL AWS Java/ Kotlin with spring React PostgreSQL / MySQL AWS Oversee project lifecycle: planning, backlog grooming, estimation, sprint execution, and release coordination.
Monitor milestones and proactively resolve risks.
Represent India teams in cross-functional discussions; ensure transparency and timely status updates.
Report on KPIs to U.S. engineering leadership Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and skill development.
Set a high standard for performance and accountability.
Basic Qualifications 8-10+ years in software engineering with full-stack development exposure. 5+ years in engineering/project management in distributed/global teams.
Proven track record of managing complex projects from discovery through deployment.
Java/Kotlin with spring React PostgreSQL / MySQL AWS Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
