Required qualifications

• Strong Python Programming Skills Strong hands-on experience in Python development, including writing clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
• LLM Architecture & End-to-End Understanding Detailed understanding of LLM architecture, core components, and end-to-end LLM application workflows .
• Strong understanding of how LLMs integrate with applications, data, APIs, and AI services.
• End-to-End Agent Development Hands-on experience in designing and developing AI Agents end-to-end , from architecture and development through deployment and monitoring.
• Advanced AI / Agent Engineering Skills Strong hands-on knowledge of areas such as: RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) Agent Observability Memory Management Skill Management MCP (Model Context Protocol) Agent Gateway / Agent Orchestration Agent-to-tool and agent-to-agent interactions Cloud-Native Development & CI/CD Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native application deployment.
• Good understanding of Docker and Kubernetes .
• Ability to troubleshoot application, container, and deployment-related issues.
• AWS Expertise Strong understanding of AWS services and cloud architecture .
• Ability to design and deploy scalable AI/agent-based solutions on AWS.
• Solution Architecture & Design Strong experience in designing scalable, reliable, and production-ready solutions .
• Ability to create and communicate High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) .
• Understanding of scalability, availability, security, performance, observability, and maintainability considerations.
• Overall Profile We are looking for a hands-on Senior Software Engineer with strong Python, LLM, and AI Agent development expertise, who can take ownership of an AI/Agent solution end-to-end—from architecture and development to deployment, observability, and production operations.
