Your Role We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Vlocity Developer with 4 years of experience to design and deliver industry‑specific CRM solutions using Salesforce Industries (Vlocity).

Responsibilities

• You will work closely with business, functional, and technical teams to implement Quote‑to‑Order, CPQ, and Order Management solutions leveraging native Vlocity capabilities with minimal customization.
• Perform systems analysis and solution design, translating business requirements into technical designs and implementation artifacts.
• Implement and consume integrations using REST APIs; working knowledge of SOAP APIs is an added advantage.

• Your Profile Design, configure, and implement Vlocity (Salesforce Industries) solutions using out‑of‑the‑box components and best practices.
• Work across Vlocity CPQ / EPC, Quote‑to‑Order, MACD, and Policy Management processes to deliver scalable enterprise CRM solutions.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of industry‑specific CRM architectures, particularly in telecom, media, energy, and utilities domains.
• Support requirement estimation, user story creation, and agile delivery using standard project management tools and methodologies.
• Document business and technical designs for CRM, CPQ, and Order Management applications.
• Read and understand front‑end technologies including JavaScript, JSON, HTML, and CSS to support UI configuration and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders, leading whiteboard discussions and technical walkthroughs.
• Communicate clearly through professional emails, documentation, and technical presentations.
