Required skills

• Your Role - Job Role As a SAP SF PMGM Consultant, you will : Lead requirement gathering workshops and understand client business processes.
• Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management and Goal Management modules.
• Design and configure - Goal Plans, Performance Review Forms, Route Maps, Calibration Sessions, Continuous Performance Management (CPM) Work on PMGM integrations with Employee Central and other SuccessFactors modules.
• Perform impact analysis, solution design, testing, UAT support, and deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support.
• Conduct client demos, workshops, and user training sessions.
• Support data migration and reporting requirements.
