• Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to the strategic direction of BNY's technology solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and integrate new technologies to advance BNY's engineering capabilities.
• Typically 5-9 years of progressive experience in software development, with a strong focus on full-stack engineering.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks, demonstrating expertise in full-stack development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, essential for working within diverse teams.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor team members.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices is a plus.
