AWS Solutions Architect (SME) at CloudThat

CloudThat is looking for a passionate AWS Solution Architect (SME) to design, implement, and support cloud solutions on AWS.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on AWS experience, good customer interaction skills, and a willingness to work on cloud transformation projects.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and cost-effective AWS solutions.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate AWS services.
  • Support cloud migration, modernization, and optimization projects.
  • Create solution architectures, technical documentation, and best practices.
  • Conduct technical workshops, demos, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Collaborate with delivery, pre-sales, and customer teams.
  • Ensure cloud security, governance, and operational excellence.
  • Required Skills 3.5 to 6.5 years of IT experience with strong AWS expertise.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, VPC, S3, IAM, RDS, Lambda, CloudFormation, and EKS/ECS.
  • Good understanding of networking, security, and cloud architecture principles.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation).
  • Basic knowledge of DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and customer-facing skills.

Required qualifications

  • 3.5 – 6.5 Years

Preferred qualifications and skills

  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate or Professional.
  • Exposure to migration and modernization projects.
  • Knowledge of containers, Kubernetes, and automation tools is an added advantage.
