We are looking for an Associate Manager – Talent Acquisition to lead and manage our Campus Recruitment program , with a focus on building a strong fresher talent pipeline.

The role will be primarily focused on Campus Hiring (80%) , along with Lateral Hiring (20%) across technical and non-technical roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end campus recruitment activities across colleges and universities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with placement cells, colleges and institutes .
• Plan and execute campus drives, recruitment campaigns, assessments and interviews.
• Manage the complete campus hiring process from college engagement to offer and onboarding .
• Develop and execute the annual campus hiring plan and calendar .
• Identify new colleges and talent pools based on business requirements.
• Coordinate with Hiring Managers and HR teams to understand hiring requirements.
• Support lateral hiring for selected technical and non-technical positions.
• Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, conversion ratio and hiring cost .
• Manage recruitment partners, assessment platforms and campus hiring vendors.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Lead and guide recruiters/trainees involved in campus hiring activities.
• What We’re Looking For 4–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Campus Recruitment .
• Strong hands-on experience in campus hiring and college relationships .
• Experience managing bulk/fresher hiring drives .
• Good understanding of assessments, interview processes and offer management.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work with multiple colleges, candidates and internal stakeholders simultaneously.
• Data-driven approach with good understanding of recruitment metrics.
• Ideal Candidate Profile 80% Campus Recruitment | 20% Lateral Recruitment Someone who can own the campus hiring charter , build a strong college network, drive hiring numbers and create a scalable fresher talent pipeline while also supporting critical lateral requirements.

Preferred qualifications and skills

• Experience in IT/EdTech/Technology/Training organizations will be an advantage.
