Support the product roadmap for the Fix My Score B2C platform, including features around credit score monitoring, credit health insights, personalized recommendations, alerts, and user engagement.

Responsibilities

• Write clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and work closely with engineering throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, feedback, and behavioral data to identify pain points and product opportunities.
• Analyze product metrics such as activation, engagement, retention, conversion, and feature adoption and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Plan and execute A/B tests and product experiments to improve onboarding, engagement, conversion, and overall user experience.
• Collaborate with design on wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, and usability improvements.
• Work with marketing, customer support, operations, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth product launches and adoption.
• Track competitors and market trends across credit, financial wellness, personal finance, and consumer fintech products.
• Triage product issues and bugs, prioritize the backlog, and work with engineering to ensure timely releases.
• Continuously identify opportunities to simplify the user experience and improve customer outcomes.

Required qualifications

• We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to help build and grow our B2C product, working closely with engineering, design, data, and business teams to create experiences that drive user engagement, trust, and measurable outcomes.
• This role is ideal for someone who is curious about consumer behavior, financial products, and data-driven product development, and is eager to take ownership of product outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Growth, or a related role.
• Strong internships may also be considered.
• Good understanding of the product development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with working knowledge of SQL and product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Google Analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong user-first mindset with the ability to understand customer needs and translate them into product solutions.
• Comfortable working with tools such as Jira, Figma, Notion, or similar product management tools.
