Your work will drive timely issue resolution, support continuous improvement initiatives, and help maintain high customer satisfaction through standardized quality processes and collaboration with cross-functional and global teams. What You’ll Be Doing Lead customer claim management activities, ensuring timely investigation, root cause analysis, and effective resolution of product quality concerns Conduct failure analysis (Tear down analysis) of returned products and drive corrective actions to improve product reliability and customer satisfaction Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to standardize claim handling and failure analysis processes while driving continuous improvement initiatives Manage and support Global Local Inspection Centers (LIC) operations, ensuring standardized processes, system compliance, and operational excellence Monitor quality performance metrics (E.g. Customer Claim Handling time), facilitate Quality performance reviews with regional & global stake holders and provide data-driven insights to enhance quality, operational effectiveness and customer experience What We're Looking For Experience in quality management, customer complaint handling, product failure analysis, or related technical disciplines Proficiency in 8D, RCA, SAP, Power Bi, Microsoft tools, or eagerness to learn Ability to collaborate effectively across global, cross-functional, and multicultural teams Strong communication skills in English A collaborative and continuous improvement mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities What You'll Get from Us We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
