• A skilled AMS (Analog Mixed-Signal) Layout Engineer who can independently implement high-quality analog and mixed-signal layouts from schematics, ensuring compliance with design specifications, foundry rules, and signoff requirements.
• Good understanding of: Analog layout methodologies Device & parasitic matching techniques Symmetry requirements Common-centroid layouts Interdigitated structures Guard rings and shielding 2.
• Experience in DRC, LVS, DFM, Antenna, EMIR, Latchup, Density, and layout sign off activities. 3.
• Ability to interpret schematics and convert them into optimized physical layouts. 4.
• Strong understanding of hierarchy-based layout implementation. 5.
• Knowledge of ESD and latch-up protection concepts. 6.
• Understanding of post-layout simulation methodologies. 7.
• Familiarity with reliability and manufacturability requirements.
