Additional role details

• The role is responsible for technical leadership, project delivery, capability development, team growth, and business expansion across power system studies, dynamic simulations, grid code compliance, renewable energy integration, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and power plant electrification projects.
• The successful candidate will build and lead a high-performing team supporting customers globally while driving technical excellence, digital transformation, engineering quality, and the development of new service offerings in the rapidly evolving power systems market.
• Technical Leadership Dynamic Studies RMS Simulations EMT Simulations Transient Stability Analysis Frequency Support Studies Voltage Stability Studies Oscillation Studies Grid Forming Inverter Studies Grid Compliance Studies LVRT HVRT Frequency Compliance Reactive Capability Grid Code Compliance Assessments Team Leadership Lead and develop the India Power Systems Studies team.
