We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Janus team based in the firm’s offices in Hyderabad.

The ideal candidate should hold-

Responsibilities

• You will collaborate closely with finance teams to thoroughly understand their existing processes, identify pain points, and gather detailed requirements for process improvement or automation.
• You will also be involved in facilitating the smooth onboarding of workflows onto the Janus platform, providing specialized training and support to finance teams as required, while actively seeking feedback from users and stakeholders to identify areas for enhancing the Janus platform.

Required qualifications

•  Master of Business Administration and 4-6 years of relevant experience  Prior experience with any programming language  Proven expertise in translating finance-related requirements into technical solutions  Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, proactive mindset as well as a demonstrated passion for technology  Outstanding reasoning ability, attention to detail and good interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred qualifications and skills

•  Prior experience in finance, fintech or any related field

• Furthermore, you will also collaborate closely with other product managers to implement improvements and new features, understand the limitations of the Janus product, specify requirements, and effectively communicate solutions.
