We are looking for exceptional programmers with good problem-solving and design skills to join the Investment Services Tech team based out of Hyderabad/Bengaluru/Gurugram.

This role offers a comprehensive and dynamic environment, focusing on developing products that address efficiency and scalability challenges.

In this role, you will be collaborating with product managers and middle back-office business teams to understand the technology landscape and identify pain points in post-trade functions that require technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• You will lead the design and development of robust, high-performance software applications for middle back-office teams, including data layers, data quality review and sign-off workflow tools, data analysis tools, and reporting frameworks.

Additional role details

• The team handles technology for Finance and Operations business units, supporting post-trade activities, trade accounting, portfolio accounting, management company accounting, fund accounting, tax, senior management compensation, regulatory, and investor reporting activities.
• Your responsibilities will include developing technical solutions, evaluating technologies, and presenting technology architecture.
• Furthermore, you will serve as a technical mentor to software developers, conduct design and code reviews, and drive technical execution while collaborating closely with stakeholders.
• Finally, as a techno-functional expert, you will work with cross-functional teams, develop business understanding, conduct technical reviews, analyze product usage and feedback, and drive the technical implementation of product launches.
