We are looking for an accomplished candidate with a record of academic and professional achievement to be a part of our innovative Talent Acquisition team based in the Firm’s office in Hyderabad.

Responsibilities

• You will be expected to manage end-to-end hiring requirements (which includes, but is not limited to, requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, and interviewing), build collaborative relationships and partner with hiring managers.
• You will manage execution of projects, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.
• You will also prepare, present, and deliver executive-level program project status reports to senior management.

• You will facilitate communication between cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• You will be required to stay abreast with external marketplace and industry trends in the Talent Acquisition space.
