We are looking for accomplished candidates to join our Non-tech hiring (Talent Acquisition) team in Hyderabad.

In this role, you will manage a team which will execute strategies to identify and engage experienced talent across various non-technical functions, while building the market intelligence and long-term pipelines for both immediate openings and anticipated needs.

Responsibilities

• You will develop key metrics to measure the impact of our sourcing efforts in a rigorous, data-driven manner, and partner with TA leads to understand role requirements, calibrate on candidate profiles, and share insights on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitor hiring activity.
