We are looking for a resourceful candidate to join our Legal and Compliance department based out of the firm’s office in Hyderabad, India.

In this role, you will be reviewing a variety of trading agreements/documentation.

Required qualifications

• You will be required to review, draft and negotiate agreements such as Long-Form Confirmations, Master Confirmation Agreements, ISDA’s, CDEA’s, MSFTA’s and repurchase agreements across all major asset classes (e.g., options, swaps, forwards, commodities) and global jurisdictions with potential counterparties.

Additional role details

• The Legal team is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and resolving legal issues and risks for the firm.
• The team handles matters relating to contract review, trading documentation, transactional and real estate legal support, litigation, employment, and intellectual property.
