Lead/Senior Business Analyst - Corporate Actions

We are seeking a Lead/Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise in Corporate Actions to drive the enhancement of operations through AI-powered automation. In this role, you will support the deployment of AI agents designed to automate and optimize workflow tasks, reduce manual intervention, and increase end-to-end process transparency across business units. Responsibilities Identify and categorize non-STP workflow tasks requiring manual intervention Establish clear criteria for AI agent applicability across workflows Assess current processes and validate opportunities for improvement Propose solutions using standardized data products Analyze workflows to uncover inefficiencies and recommend actionable enhancements Define future-state processes that integrate agentic AI with shared workflows and user interfaces Ensure scalability and cross-domain applicability of designed solutions Collaborate with stakeholders to align AI solutions with operational realities, regulatory requirements, and business objectives Prepare FRDs and support requirement gathering activities throughout the project lifecycle Work onsite from the office 3 days per week as mandatory Requirements 7-15 years of overall experience in IT, with a strong background in Business Analysis Expertise in Corporate Actions and related operational workflows Proficiency in FRD preparation and requirement gathering Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices Familiarity with Gen AI concepts and applications in business process automation Skills in process analysis, workflow optimization, and solution design Understanding of regulatory requirements within Corporate Actions operations
