Product Manager - Asset Management

We're looking for a Product Manager with solid Financial Services experience to join our team, with a focus on Asset Management initiatives. The right candidate will have in-depth knowledge of product strategy and lifecycle management and will collaborate with stakeholders to shape product vision and achieve measurable business results. Responsibilities Work with the onsite proxy product owner to gain understanding of the product vision and roadmap Determine and outline product capabilities, features, and functions Establish Epics and stories, along with their success criteria Develop and clarify stories, business logic, and business outcomes Oversee product scope and set priorities for capabilities, Epics, and Stories Attend sprint review demos and offer feedback Monitor feedback to ensure its integration into the backlog with appropriate prioritization Take part in incident triaging Act as the main contact for business-related questions and clarifications Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's degree in Computer Science is a plus 10-15 years of combined experience in the IT field At least 8 years of experience in business analysis and requirements management Experience in Product Management, covering Product Roadmap, Product Vision, and Product Life Cycle Experience in Financial Services, with Asset Management experience considered a significant plus Strong business acumen and the ability to represent business and end-customer viewpoints Effective communication and presentation abilities Strong attention to detail
