Product Manager

We're looking for a seasoned Product Manager to spearhead platform strategy, foster alignment among stakeholders, and guarantee smooth cooperation between business and technical groups across the entire product life cycle. Responsibilities Oversee the platform by coordinating requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation alongside business and development stakeholders Develop and conduct comprehensive training sessions to provide business users and stakeholders with the skills and best practices needed for platform usage Facilitate cross-departmental communication to establish project goals and ensure shared understanding of platform capabilities Support the design and development process by aligning product features with evolving business requirements and regulatory needs Lead user acceptance testing initiatives to verify that solutions meet defined requirements and quality standards Work alongside support and operations teams to ensure consistent platform maintenance and reliable performance Monitor and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring transparency and timely resolution of issues Contribute to the continuous improvement of training materials and enablement strategies based on user feedback and platform updates Work with a team of 3-5 colleagues and liaise with third-party vendors as needed to accomplish project objectives Requirements 12-18 years of overall IT experience, with strong grounding in product management, product life cycle, product roadmap, and product vision Ability to bridge technical and business perspectives to align platform capabilities with user needs Capability to manage stakeholders and balance diverse expectations across business and technical groups Background in designing and delivering training programs tailored to different user groups and skill levels Skill in translating complex business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications for development teams Demonstrated history of fostering cross-functional collaboration and enabling effective communication across departments
