Technical Project Manager at Fanplay

Plan, organize, and manage software development projects from start to finish.

: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager to join our team.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop solutions.
Develop project scope, timeline, budget, and resource requirements.
Manage project risks and mitigate potential issues.
Monitor project progress and ensure that deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
Manage project documentation, including project plans, requirements documents, and technical specifications.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Manage project resources, including staffing, procurement, and vendor management.
Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
Conduct project post-mortems and identify lessons learned for future projects.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field. 4-5 years of experience in technical project management, with a focus on software development projects.
Proven experience in managing software development projects from start to finish.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Scrum.
Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage project risks and mitigate potential issues.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience with software development methodologies such as Test-Driven Development (TDD) or Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
Experience with software development tools such as Git, Docker, or Kubernetes.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
Experience with project management for large-scale or complex projects.
Experience with project management for international or remote teams.
Experience with project management for security-focused or compliance-focused projects.
