Preferred qualifications and skills

• Preferred qualification: Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical fields.; 5 years of experience working in a complex organization.; Experience leading through technical and organizational complexity.; Experience with Java, C++, or both.; Passion for technology, collaboration, and solving challenging problems.
