• Roles & Responsibilities Accountable for driving strategy execution and operational excellence across international markets Drive governance forums, structured reviews and leadership updates Execute growth strategies across markets including expansion and distributor performance Establish dashboards and KPIs to track performance and profitability Lead product registration, launch readiness and rollout across global markets Track launch performance and drive post-launch optimization Provide insights on sales, pricing, margins and inventory for planning Identify operational gaps and drive process improvements Oversee pricing, contracts, sales support and customer experience Coordinate with supply chain and manufacturing for order execution Support forecasting, planning and inventory availability Ensure audit readiness and manage global commercial agreements Qualifications MBA with 4+ years of experience in strategy, operations or international business
