- To attend and solve the electrical and electronics breakdown in coating system and optic machine To perform the preventive maintenance activities of coating system, optic machine and Utilities like water chiller, air compressor Etc.
- Basic knowledge on CNC machine and Fanuc controller Knowledge on PLC (Mitsubishi, Omron delta Etc.) Knowledge to read Electrical drawing Perform the Daily routine activities of maintenance Repair and troubleshooting of PCB and Electronics equipment’s Knowledge of maintenance procedures for various equipment, including pumps, motors, and gearboxes Ability to analysis problems and develop effective solutions Knowledge about DC source Good practices in TPM / Safety and 5S Knowledge in MS office Willing to work in Shifts Key Skills & Competencies: Tools & Machine Handling Drawing knowledge Communication & co-ordination ERP exposure and SAP Good in MS office
