Supplier & Product Quality Ownership Own end-to-end quality for assigned robotic products and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Drive supplier quality performance , audits, and development actions.
• Lead CAPA for field, supplier, and internal quality issues to closure.
• Ensure sustained product stability through data-driven quality controls.
• FAT, Validation & Release Readiness Plan and execute FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) at supplier factories.
• Participate in regression and validation testing prior to product release and FAT.
• Ensure release readiness by preventing defect leakage to customer sites.
• Customer & Field Quality Act as the single quality point of contact for technical issues from customer sites.
• Lead root cause analysis and permanent corrective actions with Engineering and suppliers.
• Drive continuous reduction of defect leakage and repeat failures in the field.
• Engineering Collaboration Partner with Engineering teams during design reviews, ECNs, and change releases.
• Provide quality and manufacturability inputs to improve robustness and serviceability.
• Plant Operations Support Support plant operations , including robot refurbishment, rework, and quality gates.
• Ensure refurbished products meet defined quality and reliability standards.
• Qualifications & Experience Bachelor?s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics) from a reputed institute. 10?12 years of experience in Quality Assurance with strong focus on Supplier Quality .
• Prior exposure to robotics, automation, or industrial machinery is preferred.
• Required Skills & Tools Strong engineering fundamentals in electromechanical systems, robots, or machinery.
• Proven expertise in root cause analysis, CAPA, FAT, and validation testing .
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and JIRA (or equivalent tools).
• Travel & Work Expectations Willing to travel internationally to customer sites (US, Europe) and supplier locations (China) .
• Comfortable working with global teams across time zones while based in India.
