Package Consultant-SuccessFactors Talent Mgmt at IBM

Responsibilities

  • You’ll be encouraged to challenge the norm, explore new ideas, and create innovative solutions that deliver real results.
  • You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into functional solutions using SuccessFactors Talent Management.
  • Design and Deploy Solutions: Design and deploy HR technology solutions using SuccessFactors Talent Management modules such as Performance Management, Succession Planning, Career Development Planning, Compensation & Variable Pay, Recruitment Mgt, Onboarding, Recruitment Marketing, and LMS.
  • Conduct Requirements Analysis: Conduct requirements analysis to understand client business needs and translate them into functional solutions using SuccessFactors Talent Management.
  • Provide Training and Support: Provide training and support to clients on SuccessFactors Talent Management tools to ensure successful adoption and utilization.

Required qualifications

  • Analysis and Translation: Experience with conducting requirements analysis to understand client business needs and translating them into functional solutions using SuccessFactors Talent Management.
  • Talent Management Module Implementation: Experience in implementing and troubleshooting key Talent Management modules, including Performance Management, Succession Planning, and Career Development Planning.
  • Training and Support Delivery: Experience in providing training and support to clients on SuccessFactors Talent Management tools to ensure successful adoption and utilization.
  • Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management modules beyond the core set, including advanced features and functionalities.
  • Talent Management Solution Optimization: Experience in optimizing HR technology solutions using SuccessFactors Talent Management to improve business outcomes and strategic initiatives.
  • Advanced Talent Management Module Knowledge: Experience with advanced configurations and implementations of key Talent Management modules, including Performance Management, Succession Planning, and Career Development Planning.
