We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer, Reporting and Analytics to develop and maintain reporting solutions that enable data-driven decision making.

The role involves close collaboration with customers, product teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to design, develop, optimize, and support reporting platforms while ensuring performance, quality, and adherence to engineering standards.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise reporting solutions using Power BI, SSRS, and SQL Server.
• Develop and optimize SSRS reports, datasets, stored procedures, and SQL queries for performance and scalability.
• Create and maintain data models, KPIs, measures, and reporting standards.
• Perform data validation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for reporting issues.
• Ensure report development follows coding standards, performance best practices, and governance guidelines.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, customer teams, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and drive adoption of best practices within the reporting team.
• Support production deployments and resolve post-production issues with minimal business impact.

Required qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Experience with Azure Data Platform technologies. Knowledge of Power BI administration and governance. Experience working in customer-facing enterprise reporting environments. Exposure to Agile development methodologies.
