Technical Lead at HCLTech

Solid working knowledge of UKG/Kronos (WFM, Time & Attendance).

Strong hands on experience in creating Pay policies, Accrual Polices and Employee Self-service (GTOR).

Hands on creating Business structure, org structure, and Display and FAP's.

Strong hands-on experience in configuring devices/clocks.

Strong reports and data view knowledge and experience.

Strong debugging and problem solving skills.

Good understanding and knowledge about the Boomi integrations.

Good communication and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities 1.

To be responsible for providing technical guidance / solutions ;define, advocate, and implement best practices and coding standards for the team. 2.

To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity 3.

To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations). 4.

To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.

Required qualifications

• Min 5-12 years

Preferred qualifications and skills

• Good to have Attestation and Attendance configuration/implementation experience.
• Good to have advance scheduling experience.
