Automation Test Engineer at Indium Software
Design, develop, and maintain automation testing frameworks using JavaScript-based technologies
Perform automation and manual testing for web applications and insurance platforms
Leverage AI-assisted testing tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and OpenAI to improve testing efficiency
Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts and regression suites
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product teams to ensure high-quality releases
Identify, track, and resolve defects throughout the SDLC
Contribute to test planning, execution, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
Required skills
- Strong experience in JavaScript-based test automation
- Hands-on expertise in automation framework design and maintenance
- Experience with manual and automation testing
- Familiarity with AI-assisted testing tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, OpenAI, etc.)
- Good understanding of Agile testing methodologies and SDLC
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred qualifications and skills
- Experience in the Insurance domain, preferably Property & Casualty (P&C)
- Ability to work independently and lead testing activities
