Senior Solution Lead level hands-on experience in the skills we already listed. 8 - 10 years of experience in leading a team of developers, guiding them by providing approaches and review and be accountable for the deliverables of a team, and hands-on too, so can help with critical production issues and business escalations (same skill set as of the onsite developer positions we are looking for , but this is for offshore).

Responsibilities

• Build / maintain backend web services in SOAP, REST APIs, integrate databases, create microservices, support CI/CD, code reviews, performance improvements.
• Build Tools: Maven , npm
• Write simple services, fix bugs, follow design guidance, write unit tests.
