• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON, and web services integration.
• Front-end testing frameworks: Jasmine, Karma, Cypress.
• Version control: Git.
• Responsive design frameworks (Bootstrap, Material Design)
• Java 11+, Spring Boot, REST, Microservices, SQL/No SQL, Kafka, Docker/K8s, cloud fundamentals.
• Fix minor UI bugs and assist with layout adjustments.
• Participate in code reviews and learn best practices.
• Own microservices, improve code quality, understand cloud deployment, handle integrations.
• Ensure accessibility compliance and cross-browser compatibility.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to code quality improvements.
• Architectural decision-making, high-scale services, performance tuning, define standards.
• Mentor mid-level and junior developers.
• Enterprise architecture, platform modernization, coach teams, drive engineering roadmap.
• Define UI/UX vision for large-scale applications.
• Innovate and drive adoption of emerging front-end technologies.
• Set coding standards and development guidelines for the front-end team.
• Influence product strategy from a UX and technical perspective.
