Responsibilities

• Support patient communication platform integrations (SMS, email, IVR).
• Support care coordination tools.
• Provide population health workflow basics (chronic disease registries, care gap workflows).
• Inspect HL7 v2.x ADT messages for portal account provisioning diagnosis.
• Escalate equity/access dimensions cleanly when they surface.

• Patient Communication (required) Patient communication platform support across SMS, email, and IVR integrations.
• GetWell Rounds+ (required) GetWell Rounds+ support: patient education delivery, satisfaction surveying.
• Care Coordination (required)
• Population Health (required)
• HL7 v2.x ADT (required) HL7 v2.x ADT message inspection for portal account provisioning.
• ServiceNow (required) ServiceNow ticket queue management.
• FHIR Awareness (preferred) FHIR R4 awareness for portal APIs.
• EMPI Touchpoints (preferred) Patient identity management touchpoints (EMPI).
• HealtheIntent Awareness (preferred) Cerner HealtheIntent basic awareness.
• REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS
• Cerner Millennium Foundations (mandatory)
• Cerner HealtheLife OR equivalent patient portal experience (2+ years) (mandatory)
• ITIL 4 Foundation (mandatory)

Required qualifications

• EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 7+ years Cerner HealtheLife or equivalent patient portal platform support

Preferred qualifications and skills

• FHIR R4 Proficiency
• Community population health certification
• Prior offshore patient portal support for a US healthcare provider, ideally in a safety-net or community hospital context
