Full Stack Tech Lead at ITC Infotech

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead – Java Full Stack with strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, AWS Cloud, and React.js.

The candidate will lead technical design, development, code reviews, team mentoring, and end-to-end delivery of scalable enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of Java/Spring Boot Microservices.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs and enterprise applications.
• Design and implement responsive frontend applications using React.js.
• Design, deploy, and manage scalable solutions on AWS Cloud.
• Drive architecture, technical design, coding standards, and best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure quality, security, performance, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot complex technical and production issues.
• Mentor developers and provide technical guidance.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, Architects, and business stakeholders.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and support end-to-end project delivery.
• Mandatory Skills Java 8/11/17+ Spring Boot Microservices Architecture AWS Cloud React.js REST APIs SQL / JPA / Hibernate Git, Docker, CI/CD Agile/Scrum Experience 10–15 years of overall software development experience.
• Proven experience in Technical Lead / Lead Developer roles.
• Strong hands-on experience across both backend and frontend technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, architecture, and team leadership skills.

Required qualifications

• Minimum qualification: BE/BTECH/MCA
