Oracle Demantra PTP Consultant Application Support Experience 5-10 Years Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Oracle Demantra PTP Consultant to provide application support incident management problem resolution and enhancement delivery for Oracle Demantra PTP The ideal candidate will possess strong techno-functional expertise in Demantra Promotion Trade Planning Claims Settlement Revenue Management processes and Oracle PLSQL development

Responsibilities

• Provide L2L3 support for Oracle Demantra PTP applications Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents defects and data issues Perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions Support business processes related to Promotions Trade Spend Claims Settlements Accruals and Revenue Management Develop and maintain PLSQL packages procedures functions workflows and database objects Analyze develop test and deploy application enhancements and changes Work closely with business stakeholders technical teams and third-party vendors Ensure adherence to incident problem and change management processes Mandatory Skills Experience 5-10 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Demantra PTP Strong functional expertise in: Trade Promotions Trade Spend Management Claims Management Claims Settlement Accrual Management Revenue Management processes Experience in both Demantra implementation and application support engagements Strong hands-on Oracle SQL and PLSQL development experience including: Packages Procedures Functions Triggers Workflows Performance tuning Good understanding of Incident Problem and Change Management processes Experience working with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow Strong troubleshooting analytical and stakeholder management skills

Preferred qualifications and skills

• Experience working in FMCG organizations Exposure to integrations between Demantra and SAPOracle ERP systems Experience supporting global environments ITIL certification or equivalent support process knowledge
