Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, providing training to users, and ensuring smooth operations of the software applications.
• Provide technical support for Creo and Windchill applications. - Troubleshoot and resolve user issues in a timely manner. - Develop and maintain documentation of processes and solutions. - Conduct training sessions for users on best practices and software features. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement improvements. - Perform regular system audits and updates to ensure optimal performance. - Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Creo and Windchill software.
• Skills and Tools Required: - Proficiency in PTC Creo and Windchill software applications. - Strong understanding of PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) concepts. - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Experience with system integration and data management. - Familiarity with CAD modeling and engineering principles. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Knowledge of database management and query languages is a plus.
