Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain integrations using SAP Integration Suite.
  • Work with REST, SOAP, OData, IDoc, RFC, SFTP, HTTP, and SOAP APIs.
  • Implement authentication mechanisms such as OAuth 2.0, Basic Authentication, certificates, and API keys.
  • Develop message mappings, value mappings, Groovy scripts, and exception-handling mechanisms.
  • Configure BTP destinations, security, roles, and authorizations.
  • Monitor integration flows and troubleshoots production issues.
  • Coordinate with SAP functional teams and external system teams.

Additional role details

  • Develop integration flows using Cloud Integration CPI.
  • Integrate SAP S4HANA, ECC, SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur and third-party applications.
  • Configure and manage API Management, including API proxies, policies, security, and monitoring.
  • Implement error handling, retry mechanisms, logging, and alerting.
  • Participate in requirement analysis, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Follow CICD and transport processes for moving integrations across environments.
