Responsibilities

• Trade Promotions & Channel Strategy Oversee the end-to-end execution of: Trade marketing programs Channel incentives B2B promotional campaigns Align promotional strategies with sales objectives to optimize: Distribution Retail placement Local brand development Manage the budget allocated for trade promotions.
• Track financial performance against projected sales lifts.
• Marketing Campaign Management Lead cross-functional teams in the development and rollout of 360-degree marketing campaigns.
• Ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
• Collaborate with: Creative teams Digital marketers Agencies Deliver on-brand: Promotional assets Collateral Advertising Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and reach of marketing initiatives.
• Customer Processes & Experience Map and optimize the end-to-end customer journey.
• Identify areas to: Improve customer engagement Reduce friction Translate customer feedback and data-driven insights into actionable improvements for: Future product iterations Marketing strategies Standardize internal customer processes from: Initial lead generation To post-purchase support readiness Project Execution & Operations Define project scope, milestones, and timelines for complex marketing and promotional initiatives.
• Manage project deliverables proactively.
• Identify risks, such as: Supplier delays Budget constraints Implement mitigation strategies.
