Required qualifications

• Strong experience in Oracle EPM Cloud implementation/support with expertise in PBCS and FCCS.
• Hands-on experience in FCCS/HFM application development, data management, integrations, and reporting.
• Good understanding of financial consolidation, close, planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, client coordination, and UAT support.
• Key Functional Areas: PBCS: WFP – Configuration & Data Loads, Existing Employees, Benefits/Earnings/Taxes, New Employee setup CAPEX – Configuration & Data Loads, Tangible & Intangible Assets Financial Statements – Data Loads & Allocations Security – Dimension Level & Cell Level Security FCCS: Data Exchange & Integration Data Management, Batch Definitions & Batch Executions Metadata management Batch Jobs (ERP USD, ERP Non-USD, Floqast) Reports (Trial Balance, GAAP Income Statement, Intercompany Matrix, Country-by-Country Reporting) Monitoring Tasks & Month-End Activities Journal Report Extraction Role
