• Lead technical discussions, solution design reviews, and data feasibility assessments.
• Drive knowledge sharing, training sessions, and capability building within the team.
• Manage priorities, resource planning, and delivery timelines in an Agile environment.
• Ensure strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-team collaboration.

Additional role details

• Roles & responsibilities Lead the design, development, and delivery of Power BI dashboards and reports to meet business reporting and analytics needs.
• Oversee data modeling, including measures (DAX) and calculated columns, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and performance.
• Manage integration of Power BI with multiple data sources such as databases, APIs, and enterprise systems.
• Take ownership of troubleshooting and resolving complex data, performance, and reporting issues, while ensuring timely support to end users.
• Ensure continuous improvement of existing Power BI solutions, including enhancements, optimizations, and production support.
• Mentor and guide team members on SQL best practices, Power BI development, and data modeling techniques; act as a technical escalation point.
• Stay updated with emerging BI tools, SQL advancements, and analytics trends, and drive adoption of best practices.
• Support pre-sales activities by developing proof-of-concepts (POCs) and demo solutions for internal and client presentations.
