Experience 6 years Knowledge Should have exp in Neoload and Dynatrace Tools Analyze nonfunctional requirements NFRs and translate them into performance engineering and testing objectives strategies and validation criteria Design and execute performance test plans test scenarios and workload models aligned to realworld usage patterns Perform performance testing across the application lifecycle including design review scripting execution analysis troubleshooting and reporting Analyze test results to identify performance bottlenecks scalability constraints and system stability issues Review application architecture and technology stack to recommend performance engineering strategies and ensure SLA compliance Develop and advocate performancefocused design and coding best practices Leverage APM profiling observability and monitoring tools to identify and isolate performance issues Perform root cause analysis of complex issues such as memory leaks thread contention crashes resource exhaustion and application hangs Conduct Heap Dump and Thread Dump analysis to diagnose application performance problems Provide and validate application infrastructure and database tuning recommendations Support performance validation of implemented tuning changes and optimizations Monitor and analyze CPU memory GPU battery and resource utilization across applications and devices Identify mobile and UI performance issues and recommend optimizations to improve enduser experience Design and develop datadriven reusable performance test scripts and frameworks Conduct proofofconcepts PoCs and evaluate performance engineering tools frameworks and accelerators
