Job Title: Automation Engineer We are looking for an experienced Automation Engineer with deep expertise in backend and API testing The ideal candidate will design and implement robust automation frameworks for RESTful services ensure highquality integrations and drive efficiency in CICD pipelines

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable API automation frameworks using RestAssured Java and TestNG Develop automated tests for backend services validating responses error handling and performance Integrate automation scripts into CICD pipelines using Jenkins Git and Maven Collaborate with developers and QA teams to ensure proper test coverage for microservices and APIs Perform functional regression and integration testing for backend systems Utilize tools like Postman Swagger and Charles Proxy for API validation and debugging Prepare detailed test reports and maintain dashboards in JiraTestRail Support deployment activities and manage cloud resources AWS EC2 S3

Required skills

• Languages Java or Python API Testing RestAssured Postman Frameworks TestNG or Maven or CucumberJava CICD DevOps Jenkins GitHub SonarQube Cloud AWS EC2 S3 Boto3 Other Tools Swagger Charles Proxy Jira Confluence

Preferred qualifications and skills

• Good in Agile methodology Scrum sprint planning standups Familiarity with microservices architecture and backend performance testing Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
