• Role Summary We are seeking a techno-functional Production Support Specialist with strong expertise in the Sparrow Switch application, card payment systems, ATM and POS environments, and Unix/Linux shell scripting.
• The role is responsible for supporting business-critical payment applications, resolving production incidents, coordinating with external vendors and payment networks, and ensuring reliable service delivery within defined timelines.

• !--[endif]-->Provide production support for the Sparrow Switch application and related payment systems. !-- [if !supportLists]-->
• !--[endif]-->Monitor, investigate, and resolve incidents and problems in the production environment. !-- [if !supportLists]-->
• � !--[endif]-->Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot Unix/Linux shell scripts. !-- [if !supportLists]-->
• � !--[endif]-->Support ATM and POS terminal-related applications and transaction flows. !-- [if !supportLists]-->
• !--[endif]-->Perform certification activities with Visa, MasterCard, and UPI. !-- [if !supportLists]-->
• !--[endif]-->Support scheme installation and configuration activities. !-- [if !supportLists]-->
• !--[endif]-->Analyze ISO 8583 messages, switch internal message formats, and terminal message formats. !-- [if !supportLists]-->
• !--[endif]-->Use interchange simulators for Visa, MasterCard, and UPI transaction testing. !-- [if !supportLists]-->
