Required qualifications

• 4+ years in Quality function in Auto/ auto comp industry; experience in handling RQC/SQA function for big tier 1
• Job Profile
• 1) Conduct Inspection and clearance of child parts lots at receipt stage as per MISP
• 2) Disposition of NG child parts within defined time frame
• 3) Ensure containment actions (at next user) for any child part defect reported
• 4) To conduct layout inspection of BOP as per plan & implement actions for timely closure of observations
• 5) Conduct process audits at supplier and ensure timely closure of observations for DOL plan
• 6) Implement action plan for key gaps highlighted through Dashboards (PPM/COPQ/QPR)
• 7) Implement actions at supplier for child part quality issues
• 8) To ensure compliance of Quality Improvement Plan at supplier end through regular visits.
• 9) Implementation of best practices in manufacturing processes at supplier end
• Desired Profile / Preference Demonstrates the ability
• to perform quality inspection of raw/incoming materials, samples as required in compliance with Quality specifications and applicable regulatory standards to detect defects
• Knowledge of Core Tools
• Internal certified auditor for IATF 16949
