• Strong working knowledge of CATIA/UNIGRAPHICS
• 2.
• Experience of creating the part drawing & system level drawing
• 3.
• Experience in design of components and related knowledge of plastics material,
• Tooling requirement, manufacturing process, & assembly etc.
• 4.
• Knowledge of interfacing components to ensure system level design
• compatibility
• 5.
• Technical project management based on APQP
• 6.
• Working knowledge of problem solving techniques & design optimization
• 7.
• Should know the regulatory/certification requirements like CMVR, AIS, ECE etc.
• 8.
• Benchmarking, cost reduction, DFMEA, DFA
• 9.
• components from concept to production release
